- Ensure IT security in compliance with relevant policies, standards, and best practices
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the security architecture (on-premises and cloud)
- Implement and operate security solutions (e.g., EDR, firewalls, MFA, NAC)
- Support the SOC and analyze and respond to security incidents (incident response)
- Further develop security concepts, policies, and awareness initiatives

Your profile
- Several years (min. 3 years) of hands-on experience in IT security, ideally in hybrid environments
- Solid knowledge of common IT security concepts and technologies, including monitoring, logging, and incident response
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Security and standard security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, NAC)
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance as well as experience in life sciences/pharma is considered an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills (min. B2/C1); Polish language skills are considered an advantage
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a passion for working in an international environment
