- Fakturierung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung steuerrechtlicher Vorgaben
- Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Sendungen – inklusive temperaturgeführter Transporte und KEP-Dienstleister
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Ausgangssendungen in unserem WMS-System
- Erstellung und Pflege der erforderlichen Versand- und Warenbewegungsnachweise sowie GDP-konformer Dokumentationen im Arzneimittelversand
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie unseren internationalen Niederlassungen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse in Versand und Fakturierung

Ihre Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung, Versand, Logistik oder Fakturierung
- Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Pharma- oder Pharmalogistik sowie Kenntnisse der GDP-Vorgaben sind ein Plus
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit WMS-Systemen
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
